Apple Cinnamon Omelet

Apple Cinnamon Omelet

This is such a great recipe for any time of the day! I actually made this for dinner and could not love it any more. It was quick and easy and there are only 3 ingredients.

3 eggs (whisk up and pour in a pan)
1 small apple peeled and sliced
1 1/2 tsp of cinnamon

You are going to need two pans for this. First use 3 whisked eggs and place them into a skillet. Put this on low as you will be cooking the apples in another pan. In the pan with apples add 1 tsp of cinnamon and cook on medium until the apples are soft. When those have finished cooking and your omelet isn't gooey in the middle add your apple mixture. Continue like a normal omelet and let it sit in the pan a minute or two to let the mixture bind. When this is done you can flip one side over to make the shape of an omelet. You can eat the omelet as is, or add some honey for a sweeter taste. I also added another 1/2 tsp of cinnamon on the top!
