Hello all! So…maybe it’s clique but I am going to write a food blog. I will be posting different recipes I make in order to maintain a healthier lifestyle. As of January 6th, I started crossfit and honestly that was the best thing for me. Probably the only thing I've stuck with but it’s really great and you should consider checking it out! At my box, they have started a paleo challenge and for those of you who don’t know, paleo is basically eating meat, veggies, and fruit. I know it’ll be tough but I have found some amazing recipes that I think will actually encourage me to not make this a “diet” but a lifestyle change, we’ll see! All the recipes I post, unless I become creative will be from other people. I want to help others find great recipes that are easy but taste delicious. Who said eating healthy couldn't taste good?
